“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.”

The Bible is full of great stories of lives lived with integrity—not perfection, but integrity. Joseph, when facing incredible temptation and challenge, walked with unwavering integrity. Daniel, in the midst of a very foreign and unwelcoming environment, held firmly to his faith in God. He paid a price for that integrity, but he was also ultimately rewarded for it. In a more modern example of living a life of integrity, David Robinson—known as “The Admiral”—was an NBA superstar. He was known for his integrity and for keeping a promise to pay thousands of dollars in college scholarships to inner-city students he had met years earlier. He followed through beyond the spotlight, creating opportunities and demonstrating commitment to his word. All of these examples remind us that integrity is not merely a declaration we make or something others recognize in our lives. It is seen in how we stand firm in our commitments to God, to ourselves, and to others. Integrity is about character—whether anyone is watching or not. Today, live a life of integrity. #BeTheEdge
